Memorial Hospital is in a unique marketplace position: they are the hospital of choice in their multi-county service area. However, as with many hospitals, they are in a position to be in constant communication with their base to remind them of the skills and services available at Memorial.
KGB strategically created the Image Campaign to show off employees' dedication to their community through their outside volunteer work. The campaign demonstrates that an employee who is an upstanding citizen in a small town environment, as well as a caregiver, radiates a positive attitude that resonates well with the market and promotes the hospital.
